What ages is the soft play suitable for?
Our soft play is designed specifically for toddlers aged 1-2 years.
Everything is soft, low-level and ideal for little ones who are crawling, cruising and starting to climb.
Is the soft play cleaned before every hire?
Yes - absolutely.
All equipment is thoroughly cleaned, sanitised and inspected after every hire before it goes out again.
Cleanliness and safety are extremely important to us.
How long is the hire?
Our standard hire covers the full day.
Delivery and collection times are arranged with you and confirmed when you book.
What time will my soft play be delivered and collected?
Our standard delivery window starts from 8AM on the day of your hire, with collection later the same day.
We'll contact you after booking to confirm timings that work for your setup - particularly if you're hiring a venue with fixed access times.
If you have specific timing requirements just let us know when you book.
Do you set the soft play up for us?
We deliver the soft play ready to enjoy, along with clear, simple set-up instructions.
Most customers are fully set up in 10-15 minutes - no tools required.
Do children need to be supervised while using the soft play?
Yes - all soft play equipment is designed for toddlers and must be used under responsible adult supervision at all times.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring the equipment is used safely, that adequate space is available, and that the number and age of children using the equipment is appropriate.
SoftPlayParty accepts no liability for injuries resulting from misuse or lack of supervision.
Do I need a large space?
No - our packages are designed to work in most living rooms and indoor venues.
Each package includes layout guidance so you can choose the best option for your space.

Is the soft play suitable for outdoor use?
Our soft play is designed for indoor use only to keep it clean, safe and in the best condition.
What is our delivery area?
We offer free delivery and collection within 5 miles of our Billericay HQ.
Do you deliver outside of your local area?
We currently deliver locally only so we can offer a reliable, personal service.
Delivery area is automatically checked at checkout.
What happens at the end of the hire?
When your hire period ends?
- Simply pack the soft play away as instructed
- We'll collect it at the agreed time
No cleaning required - we take care of that.
